Penny support
Email pennyappteam@gmail.com for help. Include your app version and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, bank credentials, or payment card details.
Accounts and saved budgets
Explore setup as a guest, then choose Save progress and create an account with Apple or email and password. Use the same sign-in method to return to your saved plan. An active subscription is required to use your budget after setup.
Restore a subscription
Sign in to your Penny account and tap Restore on the subscription screen or Restore purchases in Settings. Use the Apple Account that originally purchased Penny. If access is still missing, contact support.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Penny, or open Apple subscription settings. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Removing the app or deleting a Penny account does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your Penny account
Open Penny Settings → Delete account. If you are on the subscription screen, open Account & support → Delete account. Read the confirmation and hold the delete button for three seconds. This permanently deletes your Penny account, saved budgets, envelopes, and history, clears local drafts and reminders, and revokes Apple sign-in access for Apple accounts.
Cancel any Apple subscription separately. If you cannot sign in, email support from your account email where possible so we can help verify your request.
Balances and bill reminders
Penny tracks the amounts you enter. Envelope balances are a budgeting plan, not bank balances, and Penny does not hold or move money. Record income and spending to keep your plan current.
Enable bill reminders in Penny Settings and allow notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → Penny. Turn reminders off in either place.
